Shipping
Generally, we ship all orders on the next business day. We do not ship on weekends. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your shipment. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation, please check your spam folder first.

Shipment investigation
We will take care of a shipment investigation with DHL and get back to you as soon as possible. Please answer the following questions for us to proceed.
Your order has already been shipped.
If you need to update the house number, apartment number, or street within the same city, please contact DHL. They may be able to update your address during delivery or redirect your package to a branch or parcel locker. If your address is completely wrong, DHL will return your package to us, and we can either refund your order or resend it. Please contact us in this case.
